PADI SCUBA DIVER

Take the first step to becoming a certified Open Water Diver with the PADI Scuba Diver course. In just one and a half days, you can become a qualified diver! The Scuba Diver course covers all the basics of scuba diving. It includes three of the five knowledge development sections of the Open Water course, the first three of the confined water sessions and the first two of four open water training dives. Once you have completed the practical skill assessments and knowledge review quizzes, you’ll earn your certification and be qualified to dive accompanied by a diving professional to a maximum depth of 12m/40ft. All your training can be credited towards the Open Water Diver course if you wish to progress at a later time.

PADI SCUBA DIVER

PADI OPEN WATER DIVER

To take part in this course, you must be aged ten and above, and able to swim. The course will take about three to five days to complete. If you have already completed the Scuba Diver Course, this can be credited towards the Open Water Diver Course. Otherwise, you need to go through all the steps – learn the fundamental concepts of scuba diving through the PADI eLearning (highly recommended) or in the classroom, complete the five confined water sessions, four open water dives, a quiz and the final exams. Once completed, you become a certified diver and be able to plan your dive with a certified buddy or dive professional at a maximum depth of eighteen metres or sixty feet anywhere in the world.

PADI OPEN WATER DIVER

Become a certified diver with PADI’s most sought-after course, the PADI Open Water Diver course. Here you will learn about the basic principles of scuba diving, the functions of and how to assemble scuba equipment, safety procedures, how to plan your dive, and basic diving skills such as buoyancy, mask clearing, and many more. It will also include five confined and four open water dives under the supervision of a dive instructor. You have to complete all the practical tests and review quizzes to get your Open Water Diver certification. Once certified, you’ll be able to dive anywhere else in the world. If you have already completed the PADI Scuba Diver course, it may be credited towards this course.
